Minesec opens 2026/2027 school fee payments

The Ministry of Secondary Education (Minesec) has officially opened the payment period for the 2026/2027 school year. According to a communiqué signed by Minister Nalova Lyonga, the period covers both required contributions and fees for examinations and competitions across the national territory.

Payments must be processed through the cartescolaire.cm platform using a Unique Matriculation Number. For new students in the sixth and first years, schools are responsible for generating these numbers. The ministry emphasized that only receipts issued via the official platform are valid for administrative purposes to prevent fraud.

Available payment partners include Campost, Express Union, MTN Cameroon, and Afriland First Bank. Students transferring between institutions are advised to verify their matriculation status at their new school before proceeding with payments.
