Minh Duc social housing project in Hanoi sets prices

The Hanoi Department of Construction has announced the approved selling prices for the Minh Duc social housing project located in Me Linh District. The project, developed by Minh Duc Tourism Trading Investment Joint Stock Company, covers over 1.16 hectares and consists of three 14-story buildings with a basement.

Selling prices are set at approximately 23.9 million VND per square meter (including VAT but excluding maintenance fees), which translates to between 1.66 billion and 1.85 billion VND per apartment. The units range from 70 to 77 square meters with 2 to 3 bedrooms. The project includes 551 apartments for sale, 30 units for rent, and 31 units for rent-to-purchase.

Apartments will be delivered with basic finishes, including wooden floors, gypsum ceilings, sanitary equipment, water heaters, kitchen cabinets, induction hobs, and hoods. The development is expected to accommodate a population of approximately 1,766 people and will share amenities such as a commercial center, swimming pool, playground, and green spaces.
