MINI showcases outdoor versatility of all-electric Aceman crossover
MINI has showcased the Aceman E, an all-electric crossover positioned between the Cooper and Countryman models, highlighting its versatility through a range of Genuine MINI Accessories. The vehicle is designed to transition from urban commuting to outdoor activities, featuring official add-ons such as roof rails, a bicycle carrier, and a roof box to accommodate gear like helmets and hiking equipment without sacrificing passenger space.
The Aceman E features a 135kW (184hp) electric motor with a WLTP range of up to 309 kilometers and a combined energy consumption of 14.6kWh/100km. While the standard trunk capacity is 300 liters, it can expand to 1,005 liters with the rear seats folded. Interior options include a Travel & Comfort System with tablet holders and folding tables.
Produced in China since 2024 via a BMW and Great Wall joint venture, the Aceman SE is noted for its high material quality and characteristic go-kart driving feel. However, reviews note limitations regarding practical driving range, DC charging speeds, and its premium price point.
