MINI unveils 1965 Victory Edition to honor Monte Carlo Rally win

MINI has announced the 1965 Victory Edition, a limited-run special edition celebrating the brand’s historic win at the 1965 Monte Carlo Rally by Timo Mäkinen and Paul Easter. The series honors the iconic number 52 racing car through specific design cues.

The edition features a Chili Red exterior with Glazed White accents on the roof and mirror caps, complemented by white racing stripes and 18-inch wheels. Commemorative details include “1965” lettering on the C-pillar and door sills, along with unique hub and valve cap designs.

The package is available across three modern powertrains: the MINI Cooper S, the MINI John Cooper Works (gasoline), and the MINI John Cooper Works Electric. In the United States, the JCW two-door special edition is expected to start at approximately $46,220. A global rollout is scheduled to begin in March 2026, with European availability following in July.
