Mini USA to debut adventure Countryman prototype at Rebelle Rally

Mini USA is participating in the 2026 Rebelle Rally for the first time, fielding an unrevealed, adventure-oriented prototype based on the Countryman. The vehicle is scheduled for a global debut just before the event begins on October 7, 2026.

Driver Felicia Killman and navigator Erika Ferrer will pilot the vehicle across 1,500 miles of terrain in Nevada and California. Because the Rebelle Rally is a navigation-based competition, GPS usage is prohibited, requiring the team to rely entirely on maps and compasses.

Developed by BMW Group engineers, the prototype focuses on off-road durability and ruggedness. While Mini has confirmed the vehicle is a specialized adventure variant rather than a simple appearance package, specific details regarding its name, powertrain, and potential US sales plans remain undisclosed.
