Mining companies report significant gold exploration results in North America

Multiple mining companies have reported significant gold exploration progress across North America.

Torex Gold has increased its 2026 exploration and drilling budget to a record US$51 million for the Morelos complex in Guerrero, Mexico. The company reported high-grade intersections in the San Miguel corridor and the Media Luna cluster, including results of up to 21.30 grams per tonne of gold equivalent.

In the United States, Blossom Gold identified a 106.8-meter mineralization interval at the Rosebud project in Nevada. Fortitude Gold also reported high-grade results at its East Camp Douglas project in Nevada, including a 1.52-meter interval at 26.67 grams per tonne. Additionally, Legacy Gold reported a 12.5-meter intersection with a grade of 3.7 grams per tonne at the Baner project in Idaho.

In Canada, Bullion Gold reported a new gold mineralization intersection of 2.49 grams per tonne at the Terragold project in Quebec.
