Minister Abdou Lahad Ndiaye misses political launch following fatal Kébémer accident

Senegalese Minister of Land and Air Transport, Abdou Lahad Ndiaye, was absent from the official launch of the ‘Kiiray-Les patriotes républicains’ party in Louga. While the event saw significant mobilization from supporters, Ndiaye chose to remain with the victims of a tragic road accident that occurred on the Ndande-Kébémer axis.

Official reports indicate the accident resulted in nine deaths and five serious injuries. Ndiaye, who is a key leader for the political formation in the Louga region, opted to prioritize solidarity and compassion for the victims and their families over the political gathering.
