Minister Fernando Rabat visits Concepción to inspect justice services

Justice Minister Fernando Rabat conducted an official visit to Concepción to inspect the operations of services under his ministry, including a visit to the Servicio Médico Legal (SML). During the visit, Rabat addressed regional issues such as the situation at the Coronel Provisional Internment Center (CIP) and proposed modifications to the Adolescent Criminal Responsibility Law.

The visit was noted for the presence of Senator Sebastián Keitel, whose appearance in the Biobío region was considered unusual by local media. When questioned by journalists about Keitel's infrequent presence in the region compared to other legislators, Minister Rabat responded with humor, stating that it was positive to have the senator present to accompany his constituents.
