Minister Nusron Wahid Calls for Land Service Reform Focused on Public Satisfaction in Aceh

Minister of Agrarian and Spatial Planning and Head of the National Land Agency (ATR/BPN), Nusron Wahid, visited the regional BPN office in Aceh on 24 July 2026. During the briefing he stressed that the ministry’s ongoing transformation of land‑service delivery must be oriented toward citizen satisfaction. He urged local officials to improve quality through faster, more transparent procedures and clearer service standards, aiming to give the public certainty and quicker resolution of land matters.

Wahid highlighted the need to strengthen both the service system and human resources, insisting that a better system will make public services simpler, quicker, and more accountable. He called staff to prioritize land‑service issues in every task, to serve the community with dedication, and to make land administration easily accessible for all citizens in Aceh.
