Minister Sucuoğlu announces postal delivery partnership with Union of Mukhtars

Minister Sucuoğlu also stated that the Postal Department requires restructuring to improve its service quality. The goal is for the department to eventually operate effectively using its own resources and personnel. Akay Darbaz, President of the Union of Mukhtars, expressed readiness to support the initiative, noting that mukhtars can act as a bridge to ensure mail reaches its intended recipients.
