Ministerio Público holds inaugural MP5K race in Santo Domingo

The Dominican Republic's Ministerio Público held its inaugural MP5K race at Parque Mirador Sur to promote institutional integration and healthy living among its staff. Led by Attorney General Yeni Berenice Reynoso, the event brought together hundreds of prosecutors, lawyers, and employees from various departments across the country.

Following a resolution by the Superior Council of the Ministerio Público, Reynoso announced that the race is intended to become an annual institutional tradition. The event included participation from the Superior Council and high-ranking officials, including the Director General of the National Police, Major General Ernesto Rafael Rodríguez García.

Competitors were recognized in several categories, including Pro divisions for men and women, as well as age-based divisions for those under and over 50. After the race, participants engaged in cleaning activities at the park to demonstrate commitment to public spaces.
