Ministry of Economy and Finance sets deadline for non-profit payroll submission

The Ministry of Economy and Finance (MEF), through the Coordination of Diverse State Obligations (CODE), has established a deadline for state entities to submit the official list of non-profit organizations (OSFL) receiving transfers.

State organisms, departmental governments, municipalities, and binational entities must present the required documentation, including the administrative act approving the transfers, by Monday, December 21, 2026. Submissions must be made via official note in both PDF and Excel formats and must include the qualified signature of the Maximum Institutional Authority (MAI).

This requirement is part of the procedures for the 2026 fiscal year closing, as established by Resolution M.E.F. No. 47 and Decree No. 5311/2026. Documents submitted after the deadline will not be considered.
