Brazil expands educational support for Enem exam preparation

Various educational initiatives across Brazil are providing preparatory support for students aiming to take the Exame Nacional do Ensino Médio (Enem) and other university entrance exams.

In Bahia, the Ministry of Education (MEC), in partnership with the State Secretariat of Education and the Federal University of Western Bahia (Ufob), held a large-scale preparatory session in Barreiras that gathered approximately 2,000 students from 20 municipalities. Similarly, in Ceará, a MEC-led event in Fortaleza provided guidance and access to digital study tools for 2,000 students.

Other regional efforts include free intensive courses in Ubá, preparatory classes in Parauapebas, and community-driven review sessions in Lauro de Freitas and Blumenau. In Rio Branco, a charitable review session was organized to raise funds for medical treatments for two siblings. Additionally, the Federal University of Bahia (UFBA) has announced a public competition to fill 140 technical and administrative positions across its campuses.
