Ministry of Education opens tuition payment via employee entitlements

The Ministry of Education and Higher Education has announced the opening of applications for employees to pay university tuition fees using their financial entitlements held by the Ministry of Finance. This service is available to employees of the Ministry of Education and Higher Education, other government ministries and institutions, and members of the security forces.

Applications can be submitted electronically starting Wednesday, September 9, 2026, until the end of the working day on Saturday, September 19, 2026. Applicants must complete the online form accurately and attach the necessary documents. Following the electronic application, individuals must visit their nearest directorate of education in their respective governorates to personally sign an authorization form between Sunday, September 13, 2026, and Thursday, September 24, 2026.

For security force members, procedures must be completed through military finance. The service is limited to permanent, classified employees. Benefits are restricted to one educational case for an employee's child (Associate or Bachelor's degree) or for the employee's own postgraduate studies. The Ministry emphasized that the application period will not be extended.
