Ministry of Fishing and Aquaculture announces photography award winners

The Brazilian Ministry of Fishing and Aquaculture (MPA) has announced the winners of the third edition of the National Photography Award, ‘Olhares da Aquicultura’. The competition aims to highlight the diversity and daily routines of national aquaculture production through visual records.

In the Continental Aquaculture category, Diogo Pereira Vitali secured first place via popular vote with 4,712 votes. Piscicultura Bathomarco LTDA took second place, followed by João Antonio da Silva in third.

In the Marine Aquaculture category, Vinícius Marcus Ramos won first place with 249 votes. The second-place position was awarded to the Association of Oyster Producers of Rio Grande do Norte, while José Carlos da Costa placed third.
