Ministry of Hajj and Umrah resolves PT Annisa Ahmada Travelindo ticketing dispute

The Indonesian Ministry of Hajj and Umrah has mediated a dispute involving PT Annisa Ahmada Travelindo (AAT) and approximately 200 Umrah pilgrims coordinated by KBIHU Muslimat NU Jombang. The conflict arose when the travel agency informed organizers only two hours before the scheduled departure that only 40 seats had confirmed tickets, rather than the planned 200.

Following mediation held in Sidoarjo, the Ministry confirmed that all round-trip tickets for the pilgrims have now been issued. PT Annisa Ahmada Travelindo has committed to ensuring all pilgrims depart and return according to their scheduled tickets, as well as fulfilling all necessary services while in Saudi Arabia.

While the initial departure on August 30 was delayed due to the ticketing discrepancy, the pilgrimage is proceeding in stages. As of recent reports, 20 pilgrims have already departed and arrived in Medina.
