Ministry of Interior begins July 2026 salary disbursements

The Ministry of Interior has announced the completion of procedures to begin disbursing July 2026 salaries to its personnel. The process commenced on Monday afternoon through Al Inma Microfinance Islamic Bank and its branches across liberated governorates.

Brigadier General Osama Bahmish, Director General of Financial Affairs at the Ministry, stated that payments will start with the Ministry's headquarters and arriving personnel, with funds being deposited directly into their accounts. Salaries for other security units will follow according to an approved schedule.

The Ministry is also working to complete the disbursement of salaries for August and September 2026 to ensure regular monthly payments. This effort follows coordination with the Ministry of Finance and the Central Bank of Yemen.

Officials emphasized that salary collection is strictly limited to holders of smart personal ID cards. Personnel who have not yet completed the issuance process for these cards are urged to contact the General Administration of Financial Affairs to update their data and ensure they can receive their payments.
