Ministry of Law expands legal services through Bandung festival and notary monitoring
The Directorate General of Legal Administrative Services (Ditjen AHU) under the Ministry of Law is expanding its outreach through various initiatives. From August 29 to 31, 2026, the agency will host the ‘Festival Layanan AHU Berdampak’ in Bandung, West Java. The event aims to provide direct access to legal administrative services, including coaching clinics, digital service simulations, and on-the-spot processing for qualified applications.
Services offered at the festival include individual company registration, fiduciary and notary services, citizenship, apostille, and civil servant investigator (PPNS) services. The event is expected to be attended by the Minister of Law, Supratman Andi Agtas, and provides specific support for MSMEs regarding beneficial ownership and legal document legalization.
In a separate effort to ensure service quality, the Regional Office of the Ministry of Law in West Nusa Tenggara (NTB) conducted monitoring and evaluation of AHU services in Bima City. This initiative focused on strengthening coordination with notaries and the Regional Notary Supervisory Council to ensure compliance with administrative reporting obligations and to address operational challenges through the Siparis application.
