Turkey to recruit 30,000 school staff via TYP program

The Turkish Ministry of National Education is launching a large-scale employment process to prepare schools for the upcoming academic year. Under the Community Benefit Program (TYP), an initial quota of 30,000 personnel will be recruited to handle garden maintenance, landscaping, and environmental upkeep.

Following this phase, recruitment for cleaning staff is expected to take place in September through both TYP and the Labor Adaptation Program (İUP). The Ministry aims to transition from these seasonal programs toward a more permanent employment model for school maintenance services starting in 2027.

Applications are to be processed via İŞKUR’s e-branch, e-Devlet, or the ALO 170 line. Because application dates vary by province and district, candidates are advised to monitor local National Education Directorate announcements and İŞKUR listings closely.
