Ministry of Sports issues guidelines for ‘Sweat with Courtesy’ rewards

The Ministry of Sports has issued guidance regarding the ‘Sweat with Courtesy’ program to ensure participants successfully redeem rewards. As the first week of the activity concludes on September 6, officials are highlighting common errors that lead to application rejections.

To pass the audit, uploaded screenshots from fitness apps must be uncropped and clearly display three essential elements: the specific exercise date (month and day), the achieved metrics (such as distance, steps, or duration), and the full mobile screen interface.

Authorities identified four specific scenarios that will result in failure: 1. Using photos of people exercising rather than raw data. 2. Uploading photos of fitness watches, gym equipment, or training sessions that do not show automated data. 3. Providing cropped or collaged screenshots that hide status bars or essential information. 4. Submitting gym entry/exit logs, which do not prove actual exercise duration or intensity.

Participants are reminded that once a record is submitted, it cannot be modified. Successful applicants can expect to redeem their health vouchers within five days of approval.
