Minnesota sees multiple big Powerball and Mega Millions wins

The Minnesota State Lottery reported two recent Powerball tickets sold in the state that won large prizes: a $100,000 ticket at Jubilee Foods in Madison and a $50,000 ticket at a Speedway store on Cedar Avenue South in Minneapolis. Earlier in the week, a $100,000 Powerball ticket was sold at Cub Foods in Brooklyn Park and a $100,000 Mega Millions ticket was sold at a Kwik Trip in St. Joseph. Winners of prizes above $50,000 must claim them in person at the lottery headquarters in Roseville. The Powerball jackpot was not hit, rolling over to an estimated $348 million for the next drawing.
