The Fresh French Fries vendor at the Minnesota State Fair has returned to using locally grown potatoes following customer complaints regarding a change in quality.

During the initial days of the fair, attendees reported that the fries lacked their usual crispy texture and taste. The vendor had reportedly switched from Minnesota-grown potatoes to a variety sourced from Colorado, which customers found unsatisfactory.

In response to feedback shared on social media platforms like Reddit, the stand has reverted to using Minnesota potatoes. Reports indicate the new supply is coming from Hayes Farm in Big Lake, restoring the flavor profile expected by fairgoers.
