Minnesota Twins sweep Atlanta Braves in three-game series

The Minnesota Twins completed a three-game series sweep of the Atlanta Braves with a 6-4 victory on Wednesday in Minneapolis. Kody Clemens led the Twins' offense with three RBIs, including a crucial RBI single in the seventh inning that helped break a 4-4 tie.

Brooks Lee also contributed with an RBI single in the seventh. The Twins' victory followed a 4-1 win on Tuesday, where Josh Bell hit a two-run home run and Ryan Jeffers added a two-run double. Twins starter Taj Bradley pitched five innings, striking out seven, while Yoendrys Gómez earned his 20th save of the season with a scoreless ninth inning.

The Braves' performance was marked by struggles with runners in scoring position and the ejection of manager Walt Weiss in the eighth inning for arguing a check swing. Atlanta's scoring included RBIs from Ronald Acuña Jr., Lane Thomas, and Ozzie Albies.
