Minnesota Vikings and Hormel Foods partner for new stadium food

Hormel Foods has partnered with the Minnesota Vikings to introduce the ‘SPAM Dog’ as the official stadium food item for the 2026-2027 season at U.S. Bank Stadium.

The inaugural menu item, named the ‘SKOL Crusher,’ features hot honey mustard, purple slaw, and crispy potato sticks. This is the first in a series of themed SPAM Dogs that will include Hawaiian-inspired options and varieties inspired by visiting teams.

In addition to stadium sales in section 341 and other locations, fans can participate in a ‘SPAM Tailgate’ in the Commons outside the stadium starting October 4th. The tailgate will offer samples, games, and prizes.
