Minor Hotels expands Southeast Asian presence in Vietnam and Laos

Minor Hotels is expanding its footprint in Southeast Asia through new developments in Vietnam and Laos. In Vietnam, the company has signed a management agreement with Trading Construction Works Organization to operate Avani+ Hanoi. Expected to open in 2028, the 310-key hotel will be located in the Bach Mai Ward of Hanoi as part of the Hinode City mixed-use precinct.

In Laos, the recently opened Avani+ Lanexang Vientiane Hotel is serving as a centerpiece for a new travel itinerary called ‘The Bohème Journey’. This six-day experience connects the capital city with a five-night luxury cruise aboard the Bohème by Mekong Kingdoms, concluding at the Avani+ Luang Prabang Hotel.
