Minor League Baseball action featured several notable performances across the International, Eastern, and South Atlantic Leagues.
In Triple-A, Lehigh Valley defeated the Syracuse Mets 6-4. Syracuse pitchers allowed six earned runs, though trade deadline acquisition Zach Franklin pitched one scoreless inning with two strikeouts. Jose Ramos contributed a solo home run for Syracuse.
