Minsait completes digital healthcare projects for Spain's National Health System
Minsait, a company within the Indra group, has successfully completed projects for the Personalized Digital Care Plan (PADP) of the Spanish National Health System (SNS). Funded by European resources, the initiative utilizes advanced technology to adapt public healthcare to specific patient needs.
The Ministry of Health has certified the effectiveness of pilot projects involving the telemonitoring of patients with chronic conditions, such as diabetes and heart disease. Minsait’s Onesait Healthcare platform has been implemented across nine autonomous communities in Spain, providing tools for proactive treatment tracking, clinical decision-making alerts, and patient involvement.
Regional implementations include specialized care for chronic multi-morbidity in Asturias, the Canary Islands, Extremadura, and Galicia, as well as heart failure management in the Balearic Islands, Castilla y León, and Madrid. In Castilla-La Mancha, the focus has been on centralizing allergy information and alerts. Minsait intends to expand the program by integrating more devices and artificial intelligence.
