Minshih University of Science and Technology launches AI Agent University program

Minshih University of Science and Technology announced that it will become an “AI Agent University.” President Zeng Xinchao (曾信超) led the initiative, introducing a weekly lottery‑draw system in which faculty and staff are randomly selected to demonstrate how AI Agents support teaching, research and administrative tasks. The demonstrations show agents automating document drafting, meeting‑record management, cross‑department collaboration and providing instant feedback on student assignments.

Zeng and co‑author Zeng Wanting (曾琬婷) also released a book titled *AI Agent University: ChatGPT × Claude × Gemini × Loop Agent × Spark × Hermes*, outlining a multi‑model framework for building sustainable, governable AI agents across eight campus functions, from admissions to financial governance. Parallel workshops on “AI Agent and Sustainable Web Design” were held, covering prompt engineering, agent workflow creation and the use of tools such as Claude Code, Codex and OpenRouter. The university aims to give every staff member a personal digital assistant and embed AI‑driven processes throughout campus operations.
