Minus 1 appoints Matt Grove as General Manager of Operations

Minus 1 Refrigerated Transport has appointed Matt Grove as its new General Manager of Operations. Reporting to CEO and owner Billy Barba, Grove will lead the company’s operations teams and collaborate with state general managers and customers throughout the network.

Grove brings nearly 20 years of transport industry experience to the role. He most recently served as General Manager of Operations at Hawk Logistics for over two years. His previous experience includes serving as Group Logistics Manager eCom for Woolworths Group and an eight-year tenure at Linfox, where he held various roles including National Contracts Manager Cold Chain for Bega Dairy and Drinks and Aldi.

Based in Dandenong South, Victoria, Minus 1 is an Australian temperature-controlled freight specialist with 40 years of operation. The company maintains a capacity of over 50,000 pallets across cold storage facilities in all major Australian cities, supported by a national transport and linehaul network.
