Miodrag Džudović to lead Sheriff Tiraspol

Miodrag Džudović, a 47-year-old Montenegrin coach, is set to become the new head coach of Sheriff Tiraspol in Moldova. The appointment follows Džudović's recent tenure at Jezero and his previous success leading Budućnost to a Montenegrin championship in 2023.

Sheriff Tiraspol is the most decorated club in Moldova and has previously competed in the UEFA Champions League group stage. Džudović enters the role with the objective of returning the club to the top of the Moldovan league and ensuring competitiveness in European competitions. The team currently sits in second place in the domestic championship, trailing the leader, Zimbru, by a single point.
