Miomir Ljaka Bakrač resigns as FK Sutjeska president

Miomir Ljaka Bakrač has resigned as the president of FK Sutjeska. In a formal statement, Bakrač noted that the decision was not impulsive but had been considered for several months, dating back to the club's European matches and early preparations.

Bakrač cited a misalignment between his vision and the club's current plans, as well as health concerns regarding the daily stress of the position, as primary reasons for his withdrawal. He expressed pride in returning the championship title to Nikšić and emphasized his commitment to transparency during his tenure.

The resignation follows a difficult start to the season for the club, which has recorded six consecutive losses: four in international competition and two in the domestic league.
