Miłosz Kłeczek’s On‑Air Outburst Sparks Complaint to Polish Media Regulator

During a recent episode of "Miłosz Kłeczek zaprasza" on TV Republika, host Miłosz Kłeczek confronted Polish 2050 MP Kamil Wnuk, shouting and demanding the politician leave the studio while reading a safety guide. The heated exchange, which included Kłeczek calling the MP "Kamil! Now I, then you! Calm down, man!" and accusing him of "emotional problems," was recorded and broadcast.

The incident prompted strong criticism from former TVP colleagues Krzysztof Ziemiec and Magdalena Ogórek, who called Kłeczek’s behavior "unacceptable" and a breach of journalistic standards. Media commentators Jacek Nizinkiewicz and Adam Szynol also condemned the conduct, noting that Kłeczek had effectively left the journalism profession. In response, the Poland 2050 party filed a formal complaint with the National Broadcasting Council (KRRiT), alleging violations of media ethics and personal conduct.

Kłeczek, who left TVP in December 2023, continues to host programs on TV Republika, a channel competing for viewers with outlets such as Kanał Zero. The controversy highlights ongoing tensions over journalistic standards and political discourse in Polish broadcast media.
