MiradorTEC receives Perfil Prize for knowledge economy growth in Entre Ríos

MiradorTEC has been awarded the 2026 Perfil Prize in the ‘Best Public Sector Contribution’ category for its role in strengthening the knowledge economy in Entre Ríos, Argentina. The award was presented during the 16th edition of the ceremony held at the La Prensa Building in Buenos Aires.

In less than a year of operation, MiradorTEC has established an ecosystem comprising over 35 technology and service companies, five universities, 22 research and development projects, and more than 40 science and technology entities. The ecosystem was a primary driver behind a 10 percent increase in knowledge economy exports for the Entre Ríos province.

Carlos Pallotti, General Director of MiradorTEC, noted that the technological park is self-sustaining, operating without the allocation of public budget funds. He credited the initiative to the decision by Governor Rogelio Frigerio to repurpose a building originally intended for public offices into a cutting-edge technological center designed to generate employment and foster new productive matrices.
