Mirait One and NTT TechnoCross partner for communication infrastructure DX
Mirait One and NTT TechnoCross have announced a collaboration to advance digital transformation (DX) within communication infrastructure operations. The partnership aims to address labor shortages and improve technical knowledge transfer through advanced ICT solutions.
As the first phase of this initiative, a field DX solution will be deployed across 35 Mirait One NTT Business Division bases in the Kanto region. The solution, which allows workers to complete data entry, reporting, and verification tasks directly on-site using tablets, is designed to eliminate the need for redundant data entry at offices. It also features an AI-powered manual search function that can summarize documents and provide diagrams in response to voice or text queries.
Following trials that began in October 2025, the companies confirmed a reduction in work costs of approximately 20 percent. Full-scale implementation is scheduled for October 2026. The companies plan to expand the solution across the Mirait One Group and eventually offer it to external industries. The technology, branded as ‘Genba Koreichi’, will be showcased at CEATEC 2026 at Makuhari Messe.
