Miramare hosts nature and wellness event

As part of the Urban Nature festival, the WWF Miramare Marine Protected Area and the Miramare Castle Park are hosting a wellness and nature event on Saturday, October 3. The program begins at 7:00 AM with a sunrise yoga session led by Edoardo Gustini, followed by a guided nature walk through the Miramare Park and its botanical garden.

The activity concludes with a meditation session at the Bagno Ducale. Supported by the Friuli Venezia Giulia Region, the event is free for adults and requires prior registration. Additionally, the BioMa will offer free admission for the day, featuring an information point hosted by WWF Friuli Venezia Giulia volunteers to discuss urban ecosystem conservation and the importance of pollinators.
