Country star Miranda Lambert has issued a new single titled “Sunset Marquis,” a disco‑infused track that serves as the latest preview from her forthcoming album Crisco, slated for worldwide release on October 2. The song was co‑written with Jesse Frasure, David Garcia, Waylon Payne and Ashley Monroe, and it draws lyrical inspiration from the iconic Sunset Marquis hotel in West Hollywood, a longtime creative retreat for musicians and artists.

Lambert describes the track as a blend of “heartbreak and hope, highways and honky‑tonks, rhinestones and reflection,” aiming to capture a timeless, 1970s‑era energy that invites listeners to “feel like they’re there.” The release continues her recent exploration of a country‑disco hybrid sound, following earlier collaborations such as the duet with Chris Stapleton and the disco‑flavored “A Song To Sing.”
