Mirna opens new Deteljica kindergarten following 3.7 million euro investment

The Deteljica kindergarten in Mirna has opened its doors following a 3.7 million euro investment. The project, which involved repurposing a former Prevent building, included construction, equipment for playrooms, and the installation of specialized facilities such as a sensory room and a multi-purpose space with a climbing wall.

The municipality noted that the project was partially funded by the Ministry of Education, which contributed 1.17 million euros. The facility is designed with modern amenities, including bright playrooms with individual sanitary facilities and direct terrace access. Plans are already in place to expand the site next year with an additional department and a small sports hall.
