Miroslav Škoro to celebrate 40-year career with Arena Zagreb concert

Croatian musician Miroslav Škoro is celebrating 40 years of his musical career with a major concert titled ‘Vrijedilo je’, scheduled for December 19 at the Arena Zagreb.

In recent reflections, Škoro shared that the song ‘Golubica’ was a significant creative struggle that lasted over 20 years. He revealed that he began working on parts of the song when he was approximately 19 or 20 years old, but only completed it in 2005 following a kidney attack. He noted that he ultimately resolved the creative process by paraphrasing his personal experiences into the lyrics.

Škoro emphasized that his performances focus on emotional connection and meaningful songs rather than large-scale spectacles. He expressed satisfaction that his music attracts diverse generations, from young listeners to those who grew up with his earlier work.
