Mirtha Legrand discharged from hospital after bronchitis treatment

Argentine television host Mirtha Legrand has been discharged from Sanatorio Mater Dei following a week-long hospitalization for bronchitis. Her daughter, Marcela Tinayre, reported that while Legrand is considered cured of the underlying condition, she continues to experience a persistent cough that may last up to 20 days.

Tinayre noted that Legrand is currently recovering at home and emphasized that it is too early for her to return to her television broadcasting duties. The family has expressed concerns regarding Legrand’s tendency to maintain a busy social schedule despite the cold weather, which may have contributed to her respiratory issues.
