Mirtha Legrand discharged from hospital following respiratory treatment

Argentine television host Mirtha Legrand, 99, has been discharged from Sanatorio Mater Dei following treatment for a respiratory condition. After being hospitalized due to a relapse involving a respiratory decompensation, Legrand was able to return home accompanied by her family.

Medical professionals, including Dr. Guillermo Capuya, noted that her recovery will focus on kinesiology and a specialized diet to address muscle mass loss and strength. The goal of the treatment is to restore her mobility and independence. While Legrand recovers at home, Juana Viale will continue to host ‘La Noche de Mirtha’ on El Trece.
