Misano World Circuit to host 2027 WorldSBK Emilia-Romagna Round

The 2027 Emilia-Romagna Round of the Motul FIM Superbike World Championship is scheduled to take place at the Misano World Circuit from June 18 to 20. The provisional calendar released by the FIM and WorldSBK places the event during the third weekend of June.

The event will feature multiple categories, including WorldSBK, WorldSSP, WorldSPB, and WorldWCR. Recent editions have demonstrated significant economic and social impact for the region; a 2024 study by Trademark Italia reported that the event generated over 154,000 tourist visits and an economic impact exceeding 28 million euros.

Regional Councilor for Tourism and Sport, Roberta Frisoni, noted that the return of the championship confirms the region's international standing in motorcycle racing and serves as a major driver for the summer tourism season in the Riviera.
