Misericordia Crema completes facility renovation

The renovation of the Misericordia Crema building has been completed. According to Gianni Risari, president of the Fondazione Benefattori Cremaschi, the project underwent modifications during construction to incorporate new ideas, resulting in a slightly longer timeline.

The renovated facility will host five outpatient clinics currently located at the Kennedy center. This relocation will allow for the expansion of solvency services, increasing capacity from six to twelve beds in agreement with the ATS. The facility will also feature approximately ten outpatient clinics managed by private physicians to generate revenue for the Foundation.

To support community health, particularly for women, the center will be equipped with CT scanners, MRI machines, and ultrasound equipment for radiological exams. The site will also include a public dormitory and facilities for blood sampling.
