Misión Halcón relaunches bus line 148 in Buenos Aires

Misión Buenos Aires has announced the relaunch of bus line 148 under the name ‘Misión Halcón’. The initiative includes the introduction of 90 new zero-kilometer units to restore service to the Buenos Aires metropolitan area.

The line connects Plaza Constitución with several southern suburbs, including Florencio Varela, San Francisco Solano, Villa del Plata, and La Capilla. It serves approximately 1,035,000 passengers per month, covering a monthly distance of 540,000 kilometers.

The relaunch also marks a return to the line’s historical green and yellow color scheme, an identity closely linked to the local community and the Defensa y Justicia football club. The company stated that the six branches of the line are already operating at full capacity, aiming to provide a reliable service with improved frequencies and updated units.
