Misiones authorities seize 24 vehicles in illegal entry investigation

Authorities in Misiones, Argentina, have seized 24 vehicles as part of an investigation into heavy machinery and trucks entering the province through irregular crossings. The investigation, led by Judge Juan Manuel Monte of Posadas, began in September following reports of large vehicles using non-standard entry points.

The seized items include trucks, road machinery, semi-trailers, a pickup truck, an ATV, and a BMW. During simultaneous raids conducted in Posadas on October 2 and 3, investigators discovered several units with adulterated engines, chassis, or identification plates, as well as vehicles with active theft reports from other provinces.
