Misk Tarout Plan approved for Darin and Tarout Islands
The Misk Tarout Plan has been officially approved for Darin and Tarout Islands in Saudi Arabia's Eastern Province. The development project covers an area of five million square meters.
Prince Saud bin Nayef bin Abdulaziz, Governor of the Eastern Province, stated that the plan represents a qualitative leap in the islands' development, aimed at maximizing investment opportunities. The project is designed to integrate economic, urban, and environmental aspects to enhance the region's attractiveness to investors.
The Eastern Province Development Authority, in collaboration with the Darin and Tarout Island Development Foundation and Al Saif Real Estate Company, prepared the integrated vision for the plan. The initiative seeks to provide a supportive regulatory and planning environment to transform investment opportunities into sustainable, high-quality projects.
