Miss Hong Kong 2026 pageant to feature AI-driven stage design

The 2026 Miss Hong Kong Pageant final, scheduled for Sunday, will feature an ambitious stage design utilizing AI visual extension, CG, and motion graphics. Produced by the award-winning Creative Imagine Department (CID), the production aims to create an immersive virtual world. The visual concept includes 12 contestants interacting with AI-generated “auspicious mythical beasts” such as eagles, lions, dolphins, and wolves across various cinematic landscapes.

In addition to the high-tech visuals, the event will feature a variety of musical performances. The lineup includes a collaboration between Leung Hon-man and musical contestants, as well as the “MYNT” girl group. Other performers include Gin Lee and various other artists. The hosting duties will be shared by Lu Ho-ming, Cheng Yin-fung, and a trio including Kenneth Ma, Siu Ching-nam, and Cho Wing-lim.
