Miss Italia announces new docu-series and Academy details

Miss Italia has announced the launch of a new docu-series titled ‘Miss Italia – La docu-serie. La sfida oltre la bellezza’. Presented at the headquarters of the Lazio Region, the project offers a behind-the-scenes look at the Miss Italia Academy, focusing on the contestants' coaching, personal growth, and emotional journeys.

The series coincides with the 80th anniversary of the Miss Italia brand. Supported by the Lazio Region and Lazio Crea, the initiative aims to combine entertainment with the promotion of local territory and the empowerment of female talent. Key themes addressed during the Academy include gender-based violence prevention, women's roles in society and labor, mental health, and responsible social media use.

Episodes are scheduled to begin broadcasting on September 15 via San Marino RTV and RaiPlay. The competition's journey will culminate on September 21 at the Castello di Santa Severa, which will serve as the venue for the final proclamation and coronation of Miss Italia 2026.
