Miss Italia regional selections heat up in Livorno and Umbria

The 36th edition of Miss Livorno opened on 12 July 2026 at the newly inaugurated Fonti del Corallo venue in Tuscany. Over thirty local contestants took part in runway shows, music performances and dance segments. The jury and public voted Michelle Fiordi, a 16‑year‑old student, as “Miss Shopping 2026,” awarding her prizes from centre‑mall retailers.

In Umbria, the regional qualifying round for Miss Italia was held at the lakeside gardens of Piediluco. Mona Dridi, a university student from Perugia, won the title of Miss Piediluco, earning a place in the national finals of the 87th Miss Italia competition. The event was hosted by presenter Silvia Santarelli and paired the beauty contest with the Lago & Musica festival.

Both events are part of the broader Miss Italia pageant circuit, offering participants a platform to advance toward the national crown.
