Miss Universe Brazil 2026 to be broadcast on Record, featuring 33 contestants including Blanca Quirino and Camilla Souza

The Miss Universe Brazil 2026 pageant will be held in July and streamed live on Record, RecordPlus and R7. The competition will showcase 33 candidates representing Brazil’s regions, with a new element this year: ribbons highlighting Brazilian tourist routes.

Among the contestants are Blanca Quirino, a 21‑year‑old student from Alagoas who has appeared on local TV, and Camilla Souza, a photographer and model from Joinville who will represent Santa Catarina, ending a 23‑year gap for the state. Souza’s background includes volunteer work in hospitals and a modest upbringing that saw her sell sweets to fund modeling courses.

Rodrigo Ferro, president of Miss Universe Brazil, said the event aims to connect a “real, plural and contemporary Brazil” and to give contestants a platform beyond aesthetics, emphasizing voice and purpose.
