Vietnam celebrates student and business competition successes

Several Vietnamese individuals and students have achieved notable success in recent international and domestic competitions. In the 2026 International Economics Olympiad held in Greece, Vietnamese students secured both a gold and a silver medal. The gold medal was awarded to 15-year-old Trần Việt Phước from Hanoi-Amsterdam High School for the Gifted, while Nguyễn Hà Nam Bách earned the silver medal.

In the realm of business and beauty, Trương Thị Thu Huyền was crowned Miss Global Business Elite 2026 in Dongxing, China, also receiving the titles of Global Business Elite Ambassador and Most Favorite Beauty. Additionally, Nguyễn Ngọc Linh, a student from Hanoi Medical University, was named Miss Student Vietnam 2026.

In domestic pageantry, the semi-finals of Miss Business Hương Sắc Việt Nam 2026 took place in Đắk Lắk, featuring cultural performances inspired by the Central Highlands. The event concluded with the announcement of the Top 19 finalists.
